THE GOALS

WRK opened this past December and needed help marketing their new coffee shop entirely from scratch. They had two requests for their social media:

  • Separate their branding from their Sister location - The Optimist

  • Showcase their space as a WFH friendly coffee shop for everyone

THE PLAN

  • Subtly incorporate brand colors through things that already exist within the coffee shop - furniture, architecture, drinks

  • Implement an no-cost influencer marketing strategy to encourage media coverage and create excitement

  • Focus on lifestyle content over corporate style content

THE RESULTS

In one month WRK’s Instagram page:

  • Reached 90,000 accounts

  • Gained 1,780 followers

  • Average a 15% engagement rate on posts

THE FIX

We revived The Optimist’s feed with a refreshing new color scheme and layout to help establish their brand image. We were able to reconnect with the community by creating content with their audience in mind.
